A Season of Surprises and Impact

Celebrities took on the Banker — and changed lives along the way

A Season of Surprises and Impact
Week after week, some of South Africa’s most beloved celebrities stepped up to the podium to take on the Banker on Season 2 of LottoStar’s Deal or No Deal Celebrity SA — and they didn’t just play for the thrill of it. They played for purpose.
This season, their courage and big energy turned into real impact for two incredible charities.
Jumping Kids received R464,577, helping children living with limb differences get the prosthetic support they need to walk, run and take on life with confidence.
U-turn received R720,400, strengthening their programmes that help people rebuild their lives out of homelessness through recovery support, skills and long-term independence.
What made this season special wasn’t just the suspense, it was seeing how every brave choice on screen created a moment of possibility off screen.
A little fun. A little tension. And a whole lot of heart.
Season 2 didn’t just entertain
